23yr old female -Symptoms check?!

Question: Night Sweats
High blood pressure
Ear infections (swelling, fluid)
Sudden dizziness then goes away
Stop breathing in my sleep multiple times
Insomnia lasting for months then it will go away
Feel my throat is swollen, larger along the bottom &sides and up the middle (been this way for a year)
Sometimes soreness/ pain on lower back (right & left side never in the middle)
Face flushes easily but is always red across cheeks/ nose.
More recent-periods of nausea, fast heart beat, feeling pressure in throat &chest, couldnt breathe, lasts for 10 min then goes away-afterwards weak, dizzy feeling.

Ive been to dr for the dizzy spells & had a test for WPW & pheocytochroma - came back negative. I still feel like something is not quite right. Everything written has came within past 1-2 yr. Does this sound like anything else?

Most likely it is a combination of things. Sleep apnea, panic and anxiety attacks (chest pressure, dizziness, nausea... its classic!) Ear infections can cause lymph nodes to swell in your neck, any infection can and they tend to stick around for a while... however if they get bigger you should see a doctor. Maybe you should see a rheumatologist, could be an inflammatory condition. I have one and experience a few of those symptoms.

Start with a full blood workup and an extensive thyroid study.

If the doc can't find a problem, you might have to consult a specialist. Good luck.

do you have anxiety? vague symptoms like this sometimes can be stress, anxiety related.

wow. um maybe a staff infection . thare must be a infection or something in your body that is couseing this . maybe a sinces inf. that would invalve the ears , throat , noise . thay have throat noise doc. that may help .
