A lot of times, those kinds of scars (from insect bites) fade over time, since they are just the outermost layer of the skin and we are constantly shedding skin. If the scar is new, maybe use Neosporan. They say that speeds up the healing process. I've also heard of using Vitamin E creams/lotions, but only if it's not a new wound, since Vitamin E can impair healing if it is fresh. Worse comes to worse, wait it out and use cover-up makeup in the mean time.
