what ever you do don't use pro active
it dries out your skin irritates it and make your problem worse
a lot of friends have used it and that was their reult as well
Proactive is the best and the quickest on the market but it is pricey.
Try something with Salicylic Acid. I use an astringent and a cream with 2% Salicylic Acid and it works great! Clean & Clear Astringent works well!
"Acne is formed when skin cells inside hair follicles shed too fast and clump together, plugging up the follicle and causing a pimple. Salicylic acid helps slow down shedding of the cells inside the follicles, preventing clogging. Salicylic acid also helps break down blackheads and whiteheads."
Pro Activ is the best.
Whilst there are many big names out there, like neutrogena etc, which run big advertising campaigns to try and convince you to pay a huge ammount for all these fancy creams and facewashes and stuff, in my experience these just arn't worth it.
Just get hold of a little bottle of anticeptic liquid or something (e.g. TGP Liquid) which is much cheaper, and dab it on the skin before you go to bed, perhaps just washing the skin first with tepid, slightly soapy water.
I have found on spots and blackheads that this works pretty and well and quickly, whilst fancy brand name scrubs and such have very little effect at all.

it works but just dont buy the whole thing cuz the other stuff sucks.

trust me. i ordered proactive, and it messed up my face. i had more redness and zits than EVER.
i use benzaclin. you apply it 2-3 times a day. its cream, and it works miracles. good luck!
