Sore hands?!
Question: All the top of my hand have gone red dry and sore.
Ive gotten bleach on them today by accident i usually try to avoid touching the stuff what would be best to put on them there are really irritating

Vaseline intesive care would sooth them
Nutrogena intenstive care for hands is the best.
Honestly.. Pee on them in the shower and then when you get out put lotion on. The best thing would be to get some udder balm or bag balm at the store, they are either in a cow looking round tub or a green square tin but they both work amazing and are best for chapped skin.
Norwegian formula hand cream by Neutrogena. My hands used 2 look like an old ladys but not anymore!
this is probably a allergic reaction just rinse with warm water and apply lotion to your hand to stop i from shapping
you should get something from the doctor, other wise buy some aqueous cream from the chemist - over the counter. avoid peeling spuds and cleaning products and citrus fruit/incontact with your hands because i find that irritates my hands even more

I had this when I had to wash my hands continually whilst in hospital (prem baby) my hands became quite raw and very sore to move.
Dont use any soaps unless it is very mild, like an eco brand, and find a mild moisteriser from the health food shop.
Keep away from chemical cleaners!
