I am not sure where Queens is - is it close to NYC? If so, I know of a superb PS. Her name is Dr. Danielle Pytell. I live in Michigan and see a PS here that studied with her also. My doctor has been featured on several E! programs and is well known. I worked with her husband and would trust her absolutely. You can search her by name on Yahoo or Google for a number. Good luck!
