Answers: can u please give me some advise besides doctor?

Ok. First of all try to be patience and cool everytime. Dont think too much and raise tension for every small things.

Then do exercises, Take more vegetables and fruits. Please lessen salted foods. I mean lessen last consistency in ur food. Do not take outside stuff, as it contains salt more and they use it as a preservative agent.

Then try to take garlic without fail in ur food. Everyday when u prepare any curries, put 5 to 6 garlics. U can take 3 to 4 garlic cloves everyday to lessen cholesterol, which helps in controlling B.P. And also use olive oil in preparations which really helps u a lot.

So its better to follow these before u get into high blood pressure. So then there will be no change of getting BP High. Try it from now. Keep healthy, keep smiling.

chill...................and take a pill

garlic. put it under ur tongue. nd suck on it

Hmm take a glass of water and Relax.

Start counting backwards slowly.

start meditation and yoga or exercises

mine does rarely during stress. i just eliminate the stress. learn your triggers -genetic vs ones you can change. take the advice of your doctor.

Control on mind.

My best advise is to see a doctor for a check up. If the pressure is on the high side, he may ask you to come back for another check in a week. The if your pressure is still high, he may ask you to do a blood test and prescribe blood pressure pill, eg. 'Norvasc' to be taken half or one pill daily.
