How can i get rid of the flu in 24 hours?!

Drink a lot of fluids and sleep as much as you can. Take a night time cold medicine and pass out for 12 hours, it's the only way to get over things
Don't even THINK of getting rid of the flu in a short period of time. Take something for the fever and drink as much liquid as you can stand and rest. That's the only thing that will get rid of the flu. If it is really the flu it can last a week or more.
