i doubt it, it's just irritated from the medicine that landed there instead of going into your lungs.
gargle a couple of times and drink some water; it should be fine. i use an inhaler, too.

Sounds more like a preventer you took and as you didn't gargle after hence the bad throat

what kind of inhaler are you on? Anyway a few puffs of any kind of inhaler that you regularly take should neither make toxicity nor irritation. But it is important to know the medicine you have taken. In sum, don't worry, drink warm water, 99% nothing important. (We do not have 100% in medicine otherwise I would say 100%).
