I was wanting to know about boils.?!
Question: Is it possible to get boils from eating yogart? I recently started eating the Activa yogart and I have noticed that since I have been eating it once a day, I got a boil on my leg. I was curious because the yogart has live bacteria and doesnt bacteria cause boils? If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate your input. Thanks

NO, actually yougurt is GOOD bacteria and it actually helps with things like yeast in your body because it helps keep the bad bacteria in check. IF you keep having problems with boils ... then I believe that you may have a condition called Hidradenitis Supprativa. It is re-occurring boils/ cysts/abscesses that are often misdiagnosed as ingrown hairs, herpes, being unclean or over weight and folliculitis. This is a newly diagnosed skin condition , but there is a lot of info out there if you are looking.
