Question about my heart/anxiety?!

Question: I'm a 19 year old male, smoker, with blood pressure at 150/100 and weigh 135 lbs. Height is 5'11"
I had a really weird episode about 5 months back, and ever since then it's been bugging the hell out of me. I was lying in my bed about to go to sleep, and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to vomit. The onset symptom occured within probably 5 seconds, which was strange because I have never had that before. Sure enough, I ran into the bathroom and put my head over the toilet, but didn't throw up. I felt my chest start to pound erratically, then within the span of about 4 seconds started having ringing in my ears, saw stars, and started to drift out of consciousness, but didn't lose consciousness. Instead, I stood up and snapped out of it, but was in Atrial Fibrillation. (not sure if it was that, but my heart was beating oddly when I felt it, but my pulse was pretty much normal. i have had EKG, holter monitor, and event monitor, but the tests were fine. What's wrong with me?

hi I am pretty sure it is just anxiety.that's why your heart feels that way and your blood pressure is normal. its only a bit higher cuz you are anxious. I have been suffering from anxiety and severe panic attacks for a couple years. I tried ellopathic pills, which didnt work instead i ended up in the hospital. so do not take any modern medicine. try the homeopathic medicine "ignatia amara" 30 x 1 tablet twice a day for three days, if you are anxious that is. i only took it for three days and i am 80% better. oh yeah and they have no side effects what so ever , they dont interfere with any medicine. hope fully this was helpful.:)

hello

i am 25 years old now... but when i was 18 i had a VERY similar situation. I didn't have the vomit feeling, but I would get dizzy and feel like I was going to pass out. I would see stars and everything would start to go black. This only lasted about 10 or so seconds and then I seemed to be fine. My heart would feel like it was beating real fast. This happened for many months [maybe even a year] before I went to the doctor for a totally unrelated issue and found that I had a heart complication. I was in the hospital for about 7-10 days and they found the problem. Which was that some of the paths in my heart were not opened. They performed a procedure called an oblation which burned the holes. I am all better now. My heart's rhythm is still a little off but it doesn't beat real fast for no reason anymore. My symptoms progressively got worse and in the beginning were weeks apart and then got closer. If you don't have the feeling while you are being tested then it may still be your heart. I would look into that. Hope this helps.
