yeah id say your circulation wiggle you legs under your desk while you sit down it should aviod the tingling see a doctor if it doesnt help

Mine are doing that right now...
Do you sit on your feet? Because that may pose a problem.
I do..

like when you sit on your leg, they must of fallen asleep
i hate the feeling like miny indians are throwing needles at you in that area

blood circulation gets slower when you sit for longer hours..
try to walk every half hour for even 5-8 minutes..
when back to home, put your feets in slightly hot water for 10-15 minutes to give like hot-water massage.

poor circulation? i don't know i'm not a doctor

Sounds like a form of nueropathy. Many causes. Idleness, alcoholism. GB syndrom, heart condition.

You haven't shared enough information about your general health, age, lifestyle, diet, etc..

Google 'nueropathy' and 'symptoms'

Check it out. My wife has the same problem. She's taking a med called 'nuerontin'...it seems to be helping.

Good luck!

its just that when ur nerve cells hit something you feel something then it starts to like burn a bit, that has happened to my fingers before. Or maybe not nerve cells...i dunno...im just a kid...
