You can't do much overnight. If it's just a scab, no remnant of ZIT left... use a dab of Polysporin or other antibiotic cream. Just a tiny tab or you'll end up with zits in the surrounding area. Other than that, moisturizer and time will cure it.

Hmmm maybe not overnight. But you can try taking a towel with water and soap, and wipe it. Or you can apply toothpaste onto it. And if not just put make up to cover it.
