You may have a lower level of allergy to cheese/dairy, called a food sensitivity. Ask your doctor to send you to an allergist for a blood test. They can actually test for allergies to specific foods. You also might want to search the internet, as there are a lot of people with food sensitivities/allergies out there --and a lot of information.

My son has many food sensitivities, including to dairy products. Since he has stopped eating the foods he is sensitive to, he has stopped having the symptoms (which included his throat closing up, excema, and mild rashes).

that something in your throat is probably either your toungue or tonsils. everybody has them, you just have to get used to them. it takes long for some people.

If you feel you throat constricting which could lead to breathing difficulties...1...stop eating cheese and 2. see an allergist. It could get worse and then you will be in trouble.
