I have a small painless lump under my tounge adn im worried what it could be any!

Question: i only noticed it today and whilst checking it it seems ro have gone down, but scince i have had unprotected oral sex with my partner [even tho i trust him with my life] im still worried does any1 kknow what it could be

Hi look it could be a number of things ,why not if worried seek medical opinion for peace of mind ,it would be well worth it
To try and diagnose here online is nigh impossible..Cheers ?
