Thank you.

P.S. I am sorry if i misspelt anything but i am not worried about my spelling i am worried about my husband being in surgery, And to anyone that is wondering why i am on here and not at the hospital it is because i have 3 kids to look after.

My friend I wish I knew the answer to your question but I don't.
My heart goes out to you and your kids. I have been praying for you and your husband. I have been thinking about you so much and I hope all goes well. I am here for you. (( HUGS))

I am so sorry but the damn doctor and at the least the nurses should have told you how long he would be in surgery.

My friend Helen had surgery for kidney cancer and it was 4 hrs, my husband had surgery for testicular cancer and it was only 2 1/2 hrs.

Call the surgical floor and as his wife they should give you that information.

My husband has a stage 3 B cancer so he is receiving intensive inpatient chemotherapy and it is taking a toll on our 3 yr old so if you need someone to vent to I am here.

Good luck!

Sweetheart, I am so sorry that you and your family are having to go through this.

I am a breast cancer survivor and I have had about 5 surgeries over the last 3 years.

They all take different times. The last of mine was about 4 hours. I wish you the best.

Makes me sad you don't have a support system to help out with the children at such a difficult time.

First I am sorry that you and your husband are having to go though that.

There are a lot of factors that make a difference. However the surgery usually takes around 3-4 hours +/- . If they happen to find something unusual or it has spread to locations that are a bit trickier to remove it could take much longer.

I would suggest calling the hospital asking one of the staff members of the recovery ward to give you a call when he comes out of surgery. Must are understanding and willing to help. Especially once you explain the situation.

May Our Creator watch over you. your family and grant your husband a speedy and smooth recovery.

Very Sorry to hear about your husband and enjoy every moment you have left with him.
