Dear Friend, you can contact DR RAJAN T.D via email and he being an expert dermatologist based in MUMBAI will give you the best opinion. He has been my skin doctor since last 10 and half years and believe me he is an expert in his field. All the best

go to the store and get a over the counter yeast infection kit, you should feel a little relief in a day or two

Dustee is right!!! There are several products to choose from and all will cure it and provide you relief within a day or two!! If you want to try supplements to try to prevent the next occurrance that is great - but for now you need to cure this one!!! Don't suffer - go to the drug store!!! I like Monistat myself!! I usually use the three day treatment as the one day treatment sometimes burns depending on how bad your infection is!! Also if you are having reoccurring yeast infections it could be a sign that something else is wrong!! You should go see a doctor and tell him how often you have them! Good Luck!!

You should take a 7 day monistat cream. Along with that quit eating starchy foods and no msg or autolyzed yeast extract which is in many soy products and breads. No Campbells soup or canned soups. You should drink plenty of water and cut your sugar. You should not use fabric softener in your clothes. You should make sure the soap you are using is not troubling the problem. I have to use irish spring soap. There are some herbal remedies but they don't help much. except eating yogurt is good and you can get the acidopholis. i never tried that but I ate yogurt to help.
