Any suggestions to help deal with a medical issue that has no cure or treatment?!

I'm so sorry to hear that. I will tell you that apple cider vinegar helps just about everything. I heat up a mug of hot water and mix in 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp. of honey. Works best when you drink it with a meal. It has helped me with my arthritis, chronic fatigue, cholesterol, acne, and blood pressure. You can google it. Best of luck to you.
