Freeze dried fruits and diarrhea?!

Question: Everytime I eat too much freeze dried fruits, I get like a really soft mushy stool. Should I stop eating it alltogether?

I know this is nasty, but I honestly can't help it since I can't find answers anywhere else. It's not black or bloody or anything by the way.

Dried fruits have a lot of fiber, that can cause loose stools or even diahrea.
