well achy all over fever and coughing vomiting and or diareah its not fun
The flu, or influenza, is a respiratory illness characterized by * Fever (usually high)
* Headache
* Tiredness (can be extreme)
* Cough
* Sore throat
* Runny or stuffy nose
* Body aches
* Diarrhea and vomiting (more common among children than adults)

4- Nasal discharge.
5- Coughing.
6- Lacrimation.
I agree with all of those and be careful because I've had it three times this year so far and was hospitalized two times for it. This strain of flu is becoming very resistant to medication. Make sure you're hydrated and if you're not vomiting drink something with electrolytes like Gatorade or Propel water but drink as much as you can so you can flush it out of your system. You also have to be careful that if you have congestion it doesn't go to your chest because that can lead to pneumonia and that's something that I wish on no one. I had to about 2 years ago for 4 months and it was horrible.
My father was in the hospital and I had a weak immune system and ended up getting the flu because a lot of things are airborne, so if you're visiting your mother your risk will be much higher. Go buy some Emergen C (you can get it almost anywhere, it's a powder that you mix with water), it's full of vitamins and has 1,000 mg of Vitamin C, so it will help you as well build up your immune system.
