Answers: Well i would thats why im an organ donor and i also am blessed to work in a trasplant unit.

I most definately would to save a life

Depends on what they're planning to do with it.

probably not

Sure, i can function with one, so sure

Yes I would. My father lived for 13 yrs with a heart transplant, he saw the birth of 4 grandchildren and the marriage of his two children and so many other memories. If I could give that gift to someone else I would in a heart beat.

To save one of my children. Of course!

I'm sure it depends on circumstances.

I'm sure most people would consider giving their kidney to save the life of their child, their sibling, parent, or spouse - assuming they were a match.

Maybe turn the tables... if you needed a kidney, wouldn't you hope someone would donate their kidney for you to survive? Especially if you are still young?

There are cases though where someone shouldn't or can't donate - if they themselves have a condition that could make them need their kidneys (ie: diabetes, autoimmune disease, etc).

I would if it were my child, or a loved one.
My friend donated to her husband, but they were older and well past children baring age.

only if it was a family member or close friend.

If I was a match and I could get the time off for recuperation, I would.

Yes, he knows the offer is still open

to a poor and needy person or just family or friend i would rich people and get plenty from other places

yes

Without hesitation...I have an Organ Donor symbol on my drivers license and it's also in my living will. If there is something in my body that can save a life, I'm all for it.
I have a friend who donated a kidney to her Mother and both are doing just great. What a feeling that would be to know you saved a life. Peace...:~)
Great question Matt....Star for you!

yes, I would. even a stranger.

Yes I would

yes, without hesitating, because we are people and we have to help each other...... we are a big family.... what can be more fulfilling than the feeling that you saved one's life, that you gave him/her the chance of living, loving, smiling, feeling the first morning sunshines on the cheeks....? you can never know when you will be the one in need....
