Unless you have vascular EDS (type IV) I wouldn't worry so much about it being your aorta. Try and calm down and see if the chest pain is still there.

The thing about the symptoms you listed, while I'm sure they apply to AAA's, they're sort of vague and would apply to at least half the the diseases out there--including anxiety.

you'll be shortly without surgical intervention -call 911.

Anxiety alone can cause more than half of the symptoms on your list, which is likely to result from thinking you have a serious condition like an aortic dissection. I am an echo tech (I conduct cardiac ultrasounds) and I wish I had a nickel for every time a patient self diagnosed themselves wrongly. I don't know your history and I have not conducted any tests on you, but I would bet that what you are experiencing is a musculoskeletal injury with secondary anxiety. If I were a doctor I would order an echo to cover my own ***, an MRI if your chest pain was persistant and debilitating, and I would prescribe .25 mg alprazolam PRN to combat the anxiety. Then if any of the tests showed any irregularities I would refer you to a specialist. However I am not a doctor, so I recommend that you see one, and let me know if he follows the same course of treatment. :D
