Whats wrong with me or my nose?!
Question: okay ever since i was 5 i got these nose bleeds out of no where! and now being 12 i still get them, and theirs like a long blood clot in my nose. my doctor doesnt know what it is

Well, the nose contains the septum which contains blood vessels that can be broken by a blow to the nose or the edge of a sharp fingernail.
ppl like you (or me, cuz i always get nose bleeds and most of the time they last way over an hour(longest i had was 2 and a half)) we have a very weak septum and when they are dry, it breaks letting out blood.
so try not to be in places where it dry.
or u can get surgury where they basically burn the septum and seal it so that it cant open again
im not too familiar on how to prevent it since , my nose too, somtimes bleeds out of its own fancy, but just take care of it
*also helps if u eat properly
