I see from some of your other questions that you are 13; it is EXTREMELY unusual for someone of your age to have breast cancer. It is a disease largely associated with ageing, and 80% of the women diagnosed with it are over 50.
You're still developing and I doubt there is anything wrong. You could talk it over with your school nurse - don't be embarrassed, she will have heard such concerns from many other girls and will take you seriously - or see your doctor for reassurance.
You are wise to be breast aware - as you get older any change in your breasts should be investigated. At the moment, though, your breasts are still developing.
To check for breast cancer, you have to regularly feel it to see if there's anything that's hard. If you find that it's would be a good idea to go see a doctor. Otherwise the color shouldn't really be a problem, it would soon even out.
