How do you get test to see if you have a disease as a virgin?!

Question: iv always wondered

Answers: iv always wondered

Whether you are sexually active or not, the test will be the same. However, you might get a little resistance from some doctors (Why would you test if you haven't done it?) Well, just insist on the test 'cause as long as you can pay for it, no harm, no foul.

Chlamydia and gonorrhea are urine tests. Just pee into a specimen cup. Sometimes it's a urethral swab. But if you are really not sexually active (and not an urgent case), you might as well spare yourelf the discomfort and find a clinic that does urine tests.

Syphilis, HIV and herpes are blood tests. They'll put a tourniquet on your arm and fill a vial with your veinous blood. If you happen to have a herpetic lesion (orally or otherwise), they can swab the sore and test it that way. Some places test for HIV with an oral swab. They swipe the inside of your cheek and test that. And if you want the HIV rapid test, they prick your finger with a lancet (llike how diabetics test their sugar).

There is no clinical test to detect HPV in guys at the moment.

Anyway, ask your doctor for a full STD panel. Name the diseases you want tested (some docs only test for HIV unless otherwise requested). Testing is usually covered by insurance depending on circumstances.

Go to the clinic They will give you a test.

The same way everyone else gets a test. But why do you need one if you aren't sexually active? Go to your doctor.
