Boyfriend wants me to take an STD test, ive never even had sex before him?!
Question: i made my boyfriend take an STD test because we want to start a family. and yes we have money and are ready. we dont believe in marriage for personal reasons , at least not yet. the thing is to have a baby we have to have unprotected sex, so i thought it would be a good and smart idea to have him checked before putting my life at risk.
he is the only person i have ever had sex with . when we got the results of his test back, it all came out clean. so that was good.
he wants me to take a test too. not because he doesnt trust me but because maybe i have an infection that isnt sexually transmitted. or maybe i have unknown infertility problems and all that.
is there anyway i could have one of these infections if i never had sex b4 him?
just wondering, i dont want any surprises.

If you have had oral sex with another man before him you could have an STD. I would just take the test to make him happy so he'll shut up about it lol.
Just because he's clean don't mean you are. There is a lot of luck sometimes with diseases to where one of you can have it and the other don't and some that dont show up right away.
Thats why you see commercials for women or men who say I have genital herpes and the other person says "and I dont".. they are sexually active but they are being pretty smart about making sure their partner doesnt contract the disease
Just take the test to put his mind at ease. You should be ok unless you had oral sex before.
It might sound odd - but people can have STD's that are NOT from sexual contact (many babies are born with herpes II if thier mother has it, because they have to go through the birth canal - thats just one example -) and then they go through thier lives without symptoms......its actually not all that uncommon.
Anyhow - as a woman, and having known men....do the test, you'll make him feel better
It should be ok. Just take the test and if your result is clean too, so both of you will no more worry about it. Not to scare you, like you said you had accident before, I'm not sure whether you had blood transfusion before? If no, is 99% you are free from STDs.
