I know exactly how you feel.
Sounds just like GAD (general anxiety disorder) or PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)-both very normal. I was struggling with this & actually this morning, while relaxing, my heart was going nuts, eventhough I was very relaxed...it was very random.

A counselor can really help you work through things. The best counselors that I know of can be found through this organization & they are partially funded, so they are not as expensive + they are not afraid to tell you what you need to hear.

I met with a NANC (National Association of Neuthetic Counselors) dude & he REALLY helped me get past my Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. And without drugs! I can't recommend them enough.

Edit 1
If I can help you get connected, I know a lot of NANC dudes & ladies, so email me if I can help you.

Praying for you during this hard time.

If you are having chest pains, you need to go to the hospital.

Are your thoughts racing? If you are under a lot of stress, it could be an anxiety attack/panic attack.

Try to take some deep breaths for a few minutes to see if your heart rate stabilizes. If your chest still hurts, you might want to go to the emergency room just to be safe.
