Fever, cough, nasal congestion for 4 days?!
Question: Since Monday morning, I've had a low fever (it hasn't been higher than 100.4), and coughing so much, it's starting to irritate my throat. What can I do to make the cough and fever go away? It's really annoying!!

Ibuprofen and tylenol will help to bring the fever down (100.4 is not a high fever so do not worry) ... If you are not coughing anything up you could take a cough suppressent, gargle with full strength listerine, suck cepacol lozenges and drink plenty of fluids. If you are coughing something up do not take a cough suppressent and take an expectorant instead (guafinesin is the best but dextromethorpan hydrobromide is also Ok) ...

For a fever, use ibuprofen. I would also suggest taking an over the counter medicine for colds. See you doctor. It could be the begining of the flu.
You may want to take some medicine to help you. But your best bet is probabl y to go see the doctor so they can tend to you personally and prescribe you the medicine that best suits you.
