Finger joint problems?!
Question: I have a problem with bruising and swelling in my finger joints. It happens with very little trauma, sometimes just a little bump. Anyone have any ideas what could cause it? Links with references appreciated. Also would like to hear from other medical professionals...

I have R/A and it some what sounds like R/A, but also maybe an underlieing blood issue. Ask your doctor to run a full panel on you ( of blood work). They take a bit of blood and run many tests on it. Let him know what is happening. If you do not have a family doctor then go to the hospital or where ever you can. You really need to be seen. I can not stress how important it is to find out if it is serious or not. If it is an disease, the earlier the diagnosis is, the better the outcome gerenaly is. Prayers being said for you, Candy
