You must put ice on it to stop the burn from spreading or even a pack of frozen peas will do nicely.
Or if you have non of the above place the effected area in some cold water until it begins to numb.
Or if you have access to any shop at this time of night - go and buy: GERMOLENE antiseptic cream with local anaesthetic.
