What can I take to make me feel better?? My head,stomach, and lower abdomen hurt!

Question: I like Alkaselzer Plus, it helps with headaches, flu symptoms and it does not upset my stomach.

Ibuprofen is hard on my stomach and Tylenol does not irritate my stomach, both of those you do not want to take on an empty stomach.

For just stomach and lower abdomen, I like plain ole Pepto Bismo.

Advil, ibuprofen, tylenol....one of those should help.
Make sure you don't take all three at the same time though!
That wouldn't turn out well...
