In general, I'd recommend that everybody take a daily multivitamin. But if you want to bolster your immune system in general, here are a few good tips.

1. Eat healthy. Lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, lean protein. Avoid processed junk, excess fats and sugars.
2. Exercise. You don't have to be a decathlete, but 30 minutes of brisk walking a day will do wonders.
3. Reduce your stress. Yoga and meditation are great ways to do this.
4. Get a lot of restful sleep.
5. Avoid abusing drugs, tobacco and alcohol.

Oftentimes, the solution to our bodies' problems is not in a pill, but in the whole manner in which conduct ourselves. Simple lifestyle changes can make huge differences in how we feel. And I'm not being touchy-feely, nor am I suggesting you abandon conventional medicine. These differences can be measured in numbers like our blood pressure, blood sugar, number of illnesses (or outbreaks) per year.

It's true: if you have a lowered immune system, you will have more HPV-related dysplasias (warts, cancer, etc.). So keeping your immune system can help you fight it (sorry, can't cure it, but fighting it is the next best thing). And the best way to having a healthy immune system is to have a healthy body. Be well!
