It is possible for a person to be allergic to any one of the ingredients you listed. While some people love simple glycerin soap, others can't tolerate glycerin at all. If you have a rash after using this soap, I wouldn't guess that it was a reaction between the ingredients, but more a reaction by your immune system to one or more of the ingredients.
