Itchiness help(TMI)!?!

Question: This may be too much information for some but I have a major problem and I dread the doctor(i'll go if i really have to). But I am really itchy "down there." Its all over, front to back and I know its not a yeast infection. It happens on and off and has been going on for a couple years. There is no specific time it starts and stops, and it varies on how long it lasts. I've changed soap, i've changed laundry detergent, stopped using fabric softener....any ideas?

UM YOUR ALLERGICT TO NICKLE.
IT ON THE METAL SNAP OR BUTTON ON YOUR JEANS.
IT WILL START AT YOUR BELLY BUTTON AND THEN MIGRATE DOWN AND IT CAN ALSO GO UP UNDER YOUR BREASTS. IF YOU WEAR ANTHING WITH NICKLE IN IT LIKE EARRINGS AND AFTER A BIT YOUR EARS ITCH. THE NEXT DAY THEY WEEP THEN YOUR ALLERICE TO NICKLE.
NICKLE IS IN ALOT OF STUFF.
SOLUTION, YOU NEED TO GO TO A DERMITOLOGIST. GET SOME REALLY GOOD ITCH MEDICATION. ALSO YOU WILL NEED CORN STARCH IT WILL DRY OUT THAT AREA. TAKE ALL YOUR PANTS AND JUNK JEWLERY & COAT IT WITH NAIL POLISH.
THE ONLY OTHER WAY IS GO TO YOUR GYNO AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU DONT HAVE A VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION. P.S BEER ISNT A GOOD THING FOR YOU TO DRINK.

do you shave your pubic hair? that could be it..if not I would get checked out.

yes, its a yeast infection, go to walgreens and buy some monistat. have you been to the doctor to confirm that it is not a yeast infection?

Hm, I would say avoid soap down there all together. Do you sweat down there? That might do it. Or shave? Other than that, a yeast infection of STD would be my guess. How do you know it's not a yeast infection?

You REALLY need to go to the doctor. They have privacy policies, and like it or not you've GOT to go. It could be anything from a yeast infection that's coming and going to a bacterial infection or even an STD.
If it's about the money there are free clinics such as Planned Parenthood that can help you. But you should definitely go. Some things that deal with such sensitive areas of your body can cause you to become sterile if left unchecked and untreated :/

Yeast infections do have a coming and going itching sensation. If you still do not think it is a yeast infection you may want to try a hypoallergenic soap and detergent. Otherwise, you will need to go to a doctor.

It could be bacteria infection, you think it goes away but it really doesn't...unfortunately it has to cured with antibiotics so you will have to see a doctor...

Simple solution to your Doctor Fear problem. Ask a Pharmacist what (hopefully she) recommends for your itch. Describe to them the best way you can what all of your symptoms are. Good luck.

do you shave that area? if so it could be irratation from the hair growing back in.
and making sure you stay really clean might help.
But make sure you do not wash the inside with ANY kind of soap just use warm water, as soap irratates and drys out the delicate tissue.
also in rare instances women can be allergic to there sex partners sperm . so maybe check that out.

There are these things...

They are microscopic bugs. Its kind of scary and almost impossible to get rid of. They have been driving me crazy for years. I thought I had crabs, then bed bugs, but I couldn't find any bugs. Then I heard about the microscopic bugs.

I think I still have them... But you cant see them... Most doctors don't even know about them. They are are from Sumatra.

I think their new...

like bird flu...

good luck...

they are biting me as I write this to you.

I have no clue but I will tell you this. My *** hole every now and then would itch like that and here is what worked for me. Rubbing Alcohol. I have no idea why and I have no idea what caused the itch. It burned like hell but it felt so good because the itch went away It was the next best thing to an orgasm.
I think what you need to do is call a female doctor and explain that to her or a male doctor if you feel thats ok. Your choice.
If you do try the rubbing alcohol be careful and try a little dab first.
