Is there a way to get mascara out of the skin when it has been there for over 6 !

Question: About 6 months ago I had a party at my house. During the night one of my stupid friends put mascara under my eyes. I washed off almost all of it the next morning, and then left it. A week or so later I started to see that the area under my eyes looked very dark, so I figured that I never did get all of the mascara out. I then tried washing it thoroughly with soap and hot water, but it didn't work. Then I tried makeup remover, but that didn't work either. I got a little worried, but soon forgot about it. Well I guess that it never came off, because I was looking at some pictures of me from a year ago and I saw how much better I looked without this annoying darkness under my eyes. I want to get it out, but it seems that it has now absorbed into my skin. If there is no way of getting it out than is there a way to maybe bleach the skin to cover it up? PLEASE HELP for I do not want to look 5 years older than I really am just because of this mascara.

No mascara would last that long. I think you should ask your "friend" what that idiot put on your skin. I don't think you should apply any harsh bleach products to your skin. The area under your eyes is thin, and delicate. Go to the drug store and buy some make up. Also, some additional foundation (liquid foundation) would help. All the manufacturers have cover products designed for the skin around your eyes. You can match it to your skin tone. Sometimes, dark circles under the eyes are due to being tired, or having a sinus infection. I am guessing that you don't think there is a physical basis for the dark circles-but if your nose is stuffy all the time, or you have a post-nasal drip, it may be coincidental that your infection started around the same time as your friend assaulted you with that mascara brush. So, next time you visit the Doctor, ask about it, if you have any symptoms.
Years ago, a teacher was fired because she wrote a message to a parent on a kid's face- wrote on the kid's cheek with indelible marker. Well, she rightly lost her job. They had a terrible time getting the ink off the kid. Wound up contacting the company that manufactured the pen to find out what to use to remove the stain. It is no joke when someone writes on you, when you're asleep. I honestly think it is assault, it is so disrespectful. Good luck to you!

I think they must have used something else, than mascara, it is not that hard to get off, you could try some skin bleaching cream,,, but i dont really think that is the problem,,, ;You may just have darkness under your eyes. You could get what women use to take the dark circles out from under there eyes. You can find it at wamart. Hope this works.

There is NO possible way mascara stayed on you for 6 months.. at the very least it would have been sweatted off by now. As people get older they develop circles around thier eyes. Especially young adults see this because of thier new study habits, demands on growing up, if you havea job.... stress... Its natural and NOONE looks like TV where there are perfect faces... thats makeup.
IF you are not satisifed , then study up on makeup techniques or learn to be a makeup artist.. so you can do those fancy tricks for yourself.
