Why is my nose, fingertips and toes always cold?!

Question: Stress is, sometimes, a cause for extremies being cold but a person would soon succumb to a heart attack, or stroke, (I imagine) if they were "always" under stress.
Poor circulation is a common cause because hands and feet are located the farthest from the heart and the heart, first, supplies the major organs via the largest artieries. Hands and feet are, also, more exposed to the elements so the temperature of your hand is lower than that on your upper arm (for example). Your nose, barely, needs any blood and most people I know have a cold nose-tip.
There is a condition, called Raynaud's (my neighbor has this), which causes the finger tips and toes to turn white and become numb during the cold weather.

they're cold cause you are stressed out..that's what my doctor told me cause mine is like that too

I dont know, but if I cover my head with something warm like a hat or covers when I sleep, that seems to warm up any part of my body that is cold.

poor circulation
