Weird bump on inner thigh?!
Question: I've had it for couple of months and sometimes when I'm nervous I pick at it, and now it's really really big and hurts very badly. What is it and how can i get rid of it? There are a couple of little ones around it, but since I picked at this one the most its gotten huge.

Could be a sebaceous cyst, that needs to be excised. If you are picking at it, it will likely get very infected. It's already gotten bigger, which means there's even MORE pus/infection in it. This can turn into MRSA and be VERY contageous! YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR ASAP! This will very likely be taken care of in the office, and you will be put on antibiotics as well.
Even though you don't have insurance you NEED to go to the doctor. This weird bump could turn into something bad, and cost you more money the longer you wait.

sounds like a boil, they can be extremely painful. Go to a derm and have him fix it before it gets worse--I got treated with meds to make them go away.....
