Ah! Is it constipation? Or related to it?!

Question: Ok about a month ago
i was having wicked pains in
my tummy. Bubbly and cramping.
After a few days i noticed i didnt
have a bowel movement.
And normally i trend to get
them around twice a day.
My doctor told me to go on a stool
softener and phillips.
My Stools were very soft and
skinny? I thought that was normal.
I went off of both the meds.
But still have the same looking
stools its been about 4 weeks now.
I will think i have to go and when i sit there
i have to push hard and finally they are so thin?
But not dry?! What the heck is going on.
Sorry if this is gross but im getting so sick of
this. Has this happened to you? What was it?!

Yes, it happens(ed) to me. What the problem is that your colon has a lot of waste at the sides and does not allow your feces to pass through properly. It's why they are so thin. So the best thing to do is clean out your colon. You can drink Colon Clenz (you can buy them at Wal-Mart), which are pretty effective or ask your doctor for a prescription. I hope I helped and I understand how it feels. Good luck!

Yes. It is constipation. The pains were caused by a blockage.
Eat more salads, spinach, cabbage, and drink plum or prune juice (this works great). You probably have not been getting enough fiber. Maybe you have been eating more processed food lately, that will clog you up.
After eating the foods that I mentioned you will definitely notice a difference. Increasing your fluid intake with help too. The main thing that you want to do is increase your fiber intake. Raw fruits and vegetables are great.
Think of your colon like pipes from a garbage disposal. If you have ever had to clean out those pipes you will notice that there is a build up of sludge in those pipes. That is what your colon looks like if you have not had enough roughage. The roughage acts as little scrubbers to clean and grab hold of the build up on the walls of your colon.
