Genital acne?!

Question: I think i have genital acne but i'm alittle worried it may be a disease from lack of washing downstairs. Its a rather large red bump with a small black speck in it and there is only one. Please help i've had no sexual partner before BTW.

It happened to me before too. Just keep that area clean. Constantly scrub it with soap, warm water and a sponge when you shower. If you are not cicumsized, gently pull your foreskin back and clean the insides too. That helped me get rid of it.
