People use their throats differently when they scream. So just let it go without throat constriction to alter the tone. They usually don't lose their voice. It is the average person who tries to alter the tone or even squelch the scream to some degree, who "loses" the voice. Over time, this can result in permanent damage and voice alteration due to scarring of the vocal cords or surrounding tissue, and/or development of nodules on the cords. This it what happens to some singers when they alter their voice to sing. Tony Rice(a fantastic, award-winning bluegrass singer of my time), had to have the nodules on this cords removed and, to my knowledge, never really got his voice back.

You are fortunate.

Thats really lucky of you, every time i scream even a little, like lets say on a ride or something the next day my throat is sore and it hurts like crazy, and cant talk...
