The most likely culprit is dust mites. Get a dust mite mask and strip your bed of all sheets and covers and wash them in hot water and dry. If you have the money, get a dust mite proof pillow cover and covers for your mattress and box spring. I've got a better dust mite proof cover for my mattress and then just have a plastic one for my box spring since I don't sleep on that. Then with the mask, dust everything with a damp rag in your bedroom and try to eliminate or cut down on any books, nic nacks, etc...if you have an air cleaning machine run that. Vacuum the rugs as best as you can. Then you can start looking for any mold, especially if your bathroom is in your bedroom.

Sinusitis is an exhausting problem, go to Walgreens..if you have one near and purchase the nasal rinse, NeilMed. Works wonders! Good luck!

You must have some dust or mold in your room :(
Talk to your folks or landlord about replacing wall coverings and carpets.
Good luck.

Could be dust, perfume, cologne, feather pillow. Many different things. Do your pets (if you have any) hang out in your room during the day?

You are allergic to something in your bedroom. Wash all of your bed and pillow sheets with a mild detergent.

You may be allergic to something thats ONLY in your bedroom. Do an inventory of EVERYTHING in your bedroom from the bedding, rug/carpet, furniture, etc and look to see if theres anything under your bed like old food that may be molded thats causing your sneezing. You may have to throw away your old trash can in your room in case its carrying something. Have your carpet/rug cleaned also.
Hope that helps

maybe there is dust in your room but there must be some kind of smell that you are ellergic to ! maybe a perfume of yours .

u're allergic to something in your room. Clean it, change sheets, get those special dust-free pillows and maybe a humidifier. good luck!

Sounds like you are allergic to dust mites. The highest concentration of these microscopic insects (closely related to spiders) is in the bedroom. These little creatures feed off of shed human skin cells. Their bodies have a hard shell that contains a protein (der F1) that is being misidentified by your immune system as an evil enemy invader. This same protein is found in the feces of the mite. Mites and their by-products are found in fibers....and your bedroom is loaded with fibers. Everytime you go to bed, you send up a cloud of microscopic particles that you inhale. Your body sees the der F1 and doesn't think "Oh Hay dust mite poop, no big deal" instead it thinks " Oh No!!!!!!!!! We are under attack..hurry call up the immune system" So your immune system produces IgE which in turn gets the mast cells to produce histamine. It is the histamine that is making you sneeze. It can also cause itchy watery eyes, sore throat, coughing, wheezing, eczema, hives, the list goes on and on.
So what you have to due to stop the exposure to the mites. I am going to include some links to a couple of web site for you to do some reading. The first site is all about the dust mite, the second site tells you step by step how to set up a dust free bedroom, the third site is for the de-mite stuff that I use to wash my sheets in every week. Everyone says to wash in hot water, they don't tell you that the water has to be 140 degrees and no one's water gets that hot! You also need to get some of those special covers for the mattress and pillow.
You will be surprised how quickly the symptoms go away once you cut off your exposure. I have had allergies for many years and I live symptom free by controlling my environment. I know you can do it too! Good Luck

it sounds like an allergy. I would get tested for allergies and allergies are very infamous for leading up to sinusitis. Please see a doctor and they can refer you to an allergist and an ENT with your sinusitis. Also, just a few suggestions for you. Drink 8 glasses of water and also put yourself in front of "steam" and gargle and use saline as well as a sinus rinse to help clean out the nasal passages for better breathing.

Do you have a cat? My allergist says a large majority of people have allergies to cats and their saliva. Try washing your sheets, bedspread, mattress pad in hot water at least 150 degrees. It is the only thing that kills off dust mites, dander from animals, etc.
Also, take a hot washcloth and alcohol and wipe off your mattress. This should really help you.....If not, use "Astelin" nose spray --Rx.

I have used it for about 1 year, off and on. No side effects. It is a nose antihistamine, it rocks! I have tried several of the other nose sprays that are Rx, they are junk. Gave me upset stomach, headaches, you name it. Also, try Claratin D, this is over the counter. Take care!! Niki

p.s. It could also be your carpet or rug. Get it steam cleaned by a pro, or Rent a "Rug Doctor" at the hardware store, use hot water in the filler. Go over your rug at least 3 times. This again, will kill off any mites, dust, allergens. The doctors tell me "you shouldn't even own a carpet" because they hold all types of toxins, dyes, and formaldehyde.
I also would suggest a Honeywell air cleaner. Keep it running at nite in your room. It keeps the air clean, will really help you.....take good care..
