Pain in legs, chest pain, pressure in the chest, a lot of coughing. This could be as simple as the viruses going around, the flu strains that are going around - however, the leg pain sticks out the most. I'm not sure of the exacts as far as your leg pain goes, but leg pain - to coughing - to chest pain can be serious symptoms of a DVT (deep vein thrombosis; clot in the deep vein(s) of the leg) and a PE (pulmonary embolism where a portion or portions of the clot break free and travel to the lungs).
Err on the side of caution, if you go to an emergency room and tell them first and foremost that you suspect you may have a DVT and possibly a PE, they will rush the scanning on your legs - no lines, no waiting! Please go get checked out immediately though as these are life threatening conditions. You can visit a site or sites such as preventdvt.org and see the signs and symptoms and learn that the wise thing to do is get to the hospital asap to rule it out!
In your case I hope it's a virus of some sort that will merely go away with plenty of fluids, rest, and elevation of the legs (as many people wind up dehydrated which can cause a DVT).
