Give him some Motrin. Get a few cool towels and place them on his tummy, under both armpits and his forehead. Make sure to check his temp afterwards.

to lower a temp fast my kids doc said a cool bath would help u can also mix kids tylenol with kids motrin

my son suffers from high temperatures and i always get a cold damp flannel and put that on his forehead that seems to cool him down hope this help
