Tounge ring!!!?!
Question: i got my tounge ring on da yesterday...im really scared of it getting infected...it feels a little bit tight and sore but i know thats normal...ma tounge looks kinda white though an that scares me,is it infected or is that normal..??

it's normal,your tongue is swelling and will do so over the next couple of days,the white you are seeing is the indentation of the ball of the barbell.........suck on ice,and take some motrin,and remember to rinse with good mouthwash!!
Go see the people who put it in for you or a doctor.
Go see the doctor just in case. my friend had hers done but it never turned white

Your tongue is just swelling because you recently had it put in. Same happened to me you just have to remember to wash wih good mouthwash for a few weeks and maybe chew some ice. Any liquids that are anti-bacterial that can be put in your mouth are great. If u need more info or still worried see ur docter or even ur dentist.
