first of all how old are you, how is your circulation, or have you been outside in severe cold recently. you could have frostbite or a vascular condition, PVD peripheral vascular disease or you could have a blocked artery. if this has occurred all of a sudden and is a drastic change seek medical attention immediately.

You have one of two things a very bad case of frost bite or your blood is not circulateing throught your legs properly. Either way you NEED Medical help. You could loose your legs and feet. If you have anything on your feet take it off and soak your feet in warm water. Not hot if you put them in hot water you will shock your nerves system.
