the rash takes about 3-4 weeks to go away. Or maybe see if the weather changed, therefore you need a higher level of moisturiser on your face. (that's what happened to me). if after 3-4 weeks later you still have a rash, you should go see the doctor again, and ask detailly about your situation

Your face sounds chapped. Use a very soothing face wash -
Try Aveeno and apply a cream for your face that is for sensitive skin -
try drinking more water and take some oral vitamin e a and c.
Limit face washing to twice a day - take an oral benadryl tonight and if things don't get better in a few days have a doctor help you -
