No it's not true.....most of the time family guy doesn't give true facts. I have cancer, and my hand's not bigger than my face! But I recently got it out but now we found out my sister has a tumor!!!!!!

Since when do people watch Family Guy for medical advice? That's the craziest thing I ever heard. My Mother died of cancer, and she had very small hands. Does that mean people with small hands have cancer?? That's absurd!
