Heart murmur?!

Question: Latley i have been feeling a lot tired. For over a year, when i get up i feel dizzy and cant see for a couple of seconds. Also alot of the time i feel faint and dizzy. But anyways, i went to the doctor the other day just for a physical for HS sports and ice hockey and they found a heart murmur. Im not that really concerned but i was woundering if the murmur and the symptoms i been having latley may be linked to a underlying problem?

yes they could be if i remember correctly it is because the heart pumps so fast the if does not move enough oxygen or a person does not breath fast enough to get enough oxygen during this time .

I have Mitral Valve Prolapse with a hear murmur, also. This means that one of your heart valves is weakened and bends or collapses with certain heartbeats and blood is regurgitated back onto the heart wall. People with these conditions usually have a lower volume of blood coursing through their body, and this can make you feel tired. I feel tired lots of times, and other times I have lots of energy.

I take Magnesium supplements to prevent heart flutters and raciness. It works...

When first diagnosed with MVP, the doctor put me on Beta Blockers for that condition, which slows your heart rate and keeps your heart from racing...which happens a lot with MVP. The Beta Blockers made me feel too weak and more tired, so I switched to Magnesium. I've read that people with MVP usually have a Magnesium deficiency and supplements help to get rid of symptoms. They help me and I've been taking them for several years.

Check with your doctor about taking anything, including supplements.
