Dont worry you certainly DONT need an ambulance.
Drink 1 litre water per hour. If you have cranberry juice take that. If you have barley put 2 oz in water and soak overnight and drink the water in the morning. Put the same amount in water, boil and simmer 30 mins . Cool and drink.
Everyone feels they have lots of blood but it only takes a little to make urine red. Is the pain in your back and have you a temp. If so that can indicate kidney infection but if its on passing water its a bladder infection.

Either way drink loads and see a doctor tomorrow so you can start antibiotics. Dont panic. If you are really worried ring a doctor but I would ring the NHS helpline if you want more reassurance. Take care.

Geez! It seems ur in so much pain! No, sorry I know nothing, but yes do go straight to the doc 2mrw.xxx

hhmm. thats strange, maybe take a shower and wash yourself?
dont do anything until the doctor though.

Girl see a doctor real quick something is definitely WRONG WITH YA.

Drink water. Sounds like an infection.

u better go to the dr cuz it might be an infection but if u havnt started ur period than that might be it but fir sure go to the dr.!!!!!!!!

You probably have some sort of urinary track infection. Call your doctor, but in the meantime drink lots of cranberry juice as it will work to cure the infection.

you definitely have a UTI if not a Kidney infection. you need an antibiotic

You probably have cystitis its nothing to worry about but you need to see your Doctor so he can prescribe the appropriate tablets to clear the infection. In the mean time drink cranberry juice it helps.

If you're in the UK ring NHS Direct now on 0845 4647, and let them know. The medical staff will be able to advise and may well get the paramedics out to you. Don't be daft and wait until tomorrow, it may well be very serious and time may be of the essence.

Don't listen to the Herbalists & witchdoctors - go for the professionals NOW!

Whatever it is, hope you get well soon

It sound as if you have a UTI (Unirnary Track Infection).

If you've only just noticed it the telephone your nearest hospital casualty dept: and ask them if you should attend now, if so then call an ambulance. There are a few things it can be but best to find out quickly. Wish you well soon.

you sound like you have a UTI (urinary intract infection) basicly its an infection in your bladder.

You will need to see a doctor and if your in agony I suggest you go to a&e, however if you can, hold on till tomorrow and see your GP as a matter of emergency- the 6 hour wait to see someone is better spent at home then in an a&e waiting room, but if its really life and death bad they may see you sooner.

Do you have any cranberry juice? do you have any candesten? can anyone go out to an all night petrol garage and get something for you?- n.b the cranberry juice needs to be cranberry juice, not flavoured grape juice (which most are) but cadesten can help.

Dont eat any refined sugars or sweet foods like fruits, sweets or bread, eat very plain foods like vegetables (not potato)little and often and drink alot of water. Try to rest and try to relax. I know its hard to do but you need to rest your body so it can work on repairing itself.

A doctor will be able to prescribe you something for the infection, like anitbiotics and something for the pain.

To stop yourself peeing, drinking vinegar can freeze the kidneys.

DO NOT DO THAT! it was just an interesting point :P

The urinating sensation is due to inflammation of the membranes of your urinary tract. If you have any anti-inflammatories in the house, they should help.

good luck, hope it isnt anything serious!
