walk and keep your blood sugars low you can use work out bands they are great for lower leg work outs check your sugars before you work out if you are fat loose some weight okay take care and remember stay away from the bad foods eat lots of veggies okay and stretching will help with blood flow as well start slow and work your way up do this on a daily bases take care and check those feet and use lots of cream on your feet as cracked hard feet feel like lack of circulation use ant-fungus med on your toe nails and keep those feet dry and warm

I've found that doing yoga helps my circulation. I'm guessing that it's because all of the parts of my body get stretched and that the different positions require my body to circulate blood in different ways. Good luck!

Try doing exercise on a daily basis.Smoking can affect with your circulation.Keeping your legs warm can improve blood flow...

Exercise, try a stationary bicycle. I exercise 3 x week for one hour in the pool at my local YMCA.

I placed my bicycle facing a TV set, reduces boredom.

Keep moving.
