Why does my skin ache & so sensitive to touch?!
Question: For the past few days the skin on my arms and upper legs has an aching sensation. It's uncomfortable when my clothing rubs on it and when I take a shower/ rub lotion on it. I haven't changed soaps (laundry or bodywash) or lotions, and I feel fine other than being a little tired at the end of the day. What is this?

I get this during and after a cold, too.
Like my skin feels like cold and weird and achey when I touch it.
It's really normal, your body is just sensitive from fighting the infection.
My skin feels that way when I get sick-sometimes before. Are you coming down with a cold or the flu?
You could have gotten a rug burn (Or anything affiliated with friction), changed clothing detergent, or gotten some sort of infection/virus.
